Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Whether a product can be returned is shown on its product page. We may change the return policy of a product without prior notice.
2. If our pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address:

3. A return charge of ₹100 applies to every return. It will be deducted from your refund amount.
   Example: if you paid ₹1,000 for a product and return it, you will receive a refund of ₹900 (₹1,000 – ₹100).
4. The return charge does not apply if you received a damaged, defective or wrong item. In those cases, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

1. We accept refund requests if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design, or if an item is missing, wrong or damaged in a combo order.
2. Once the product has been picked up (or received at our office, if self-shipped), the refund is processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method, after deducting the return charge where applicable.

Important Notes for Returns

• Items must be unused and unwashed, for hygiene reasons.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period shown on the product page. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
